• HOLDSPARES aims to have all products dispatched same day or within 24 hours excluding public holidays weekends once payment has been cleared

• Our products are delivered by Australia Post E PARCEL Hunter Express Couriers Please Direct Freight and others

• Shipping carriers and costs are calculated by your location size and weight of the product 
•   
• Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the total before checkout  Items tagged free shipping are exactly that FREE SHIPPING with no extra costs

• All items dispatched have unique Tracking details and are emailed upon dispatch of goods
•  
• Oversize items bulky ( OVER 1 METRE ) cannot be sent to PO BOXES and will need to be sent by couriers - road freight

• All items are dispatched from our Dry Creek warehouse in SA no dropshipping from third partys
•  
• Delivery times will very from 2 to 7 days depending on location
•  
• We have a Express Post Option avaialble for most products for next day delivery in METRO AREAS

• We operate from a warehouse so pickups by appointment only you can pay on pickup by  cash debit or credit card
•  
• For Items that become unavailable or go out of stock after purchase we will contact you for immediate refund or place on backorder for you

• Combine postage and save please send us a message when puchasing multiple items so we can work out the cheapest option for you

• New Zealand Postage is limited to parcels up to 10 kg within a certain size , anything to big for New Zealand Post we cannot ship
